Astral Layer
This place has many upstanding families, has mostly merchants, artisans, and those of craft or skill. The three layers of the Astral Layer have different types of people. On the lowest (and largest) floating layer resides the (by Astral Standards), those that own Fleets of merchant ships, or businesses in some of the realms below, and choose to reside in this place known as the ____ Layer.

The Free Republic of Jagan[/b][/size]
In this country the natives are the only inhabitants. They have skin colors ranging from an orange-ish saffron to pale cacao to the color of dark, loamy soil. These people exhale magic like others do carbon dioxide. The rainforests they live in tingle with their energy, and so the plants and animals naturally reacted. These people praise the Goddess of Aloria by praising Aloria, by revering the life she exudes. They understand that the Goddess lives in all of her children, meaning in her animals as well, so when others tried to "civilize" them they were unutterably confused. These people are non-materialistic and they live in this warm humid climate so their reverence for clothing is nil. Their tough skin protects them from the Sweet-Blood Seekers (parasites) and their relationships with the animals protect them from the predators. In this culture where the animal magic is the most abundant the animal that you bond with has to be a symbol of your spirit. To find these they go on spirit quests in their jungles, smeared in a salve from the sacred Manasweet leaves, and the animal that comes to lick away the salve is their spirit companion. They bring the animal back with them to the village and their bonding ritual is then completed.
The land here has versions of all jungle-dwelling animals. The White Tiger, the Jaguar, pandas and koalas, Orangutans, Chimpanzees, lemurs, warthogs, Parrots, Toucans, Iguanas, Snakes, and basically any tropical animal you can think of you can probably find here in one form or another. The further east the more tropical the forests get, and the further west and the closer to Elonphala you go the more the animals lose their exoticness, slowly becoming the bears and coyotes and things that we are familiar with in temperate climes.
The plants here are as diverse as the animals, as varied as there are fish in the sea. Plants for arthritis, baby pains, broken bones, headaches, coughs, a tree sap that can make you see sounds and taste colors, a root that makes your hair stick straight up, a Black-and-white striped tree that hides white tigers. There are flowers the size of small houses, and trees that you can carry in a jar. One just has to look, and know what they are seeing. The natives are well versed in all plant lore in this area, so their medicine men and women are highly sought out and well paid by the bright-eyed people of the rest of the world.
Elonphala
The biggest country in Cellhonis, it's people are as varied in this country as they are in the whole of the rest of Cellhonis. They all come from different countries (or even from Emeria) and settled here once its forests were finally conquered, some five hundred years ago (relatively recently). Since then the forests have been cut back more and more to allow for the growing population to create their cities. Most houses have small gardens in the back where they grow their own vegetables and grains and sometimes cotton or flax, but there are grocers that sell the canned fruits and herbal remedies from the natives of Jagan and the groves of Jaticu seu and Tularia.
As Elonphala's climax community is temperate deciduous forest, many of the animals around were deer and rabbits and other such temperate game. Because of the destruction of the forests though it is harder and harder to find any game at all in this area, except for the one deep forest that still lies in the heart of the country, the one the humans left alone "for game hunting" but which really refused to be cut down. Some still believe they should cut their way to the heart of the forest, where a lake there is rumored to have exquisite healing abilities.
The plants are less varied than the ones in T.F.R.o.J., and less because the forests have been fragmented and destroyed, but new ones that previously would not grow in Elonphala have been cultivated, and as such have become invasive species. But over all, Elonphala still has a rather wide range of plantlife, especially in its great forest.
Krev'vinstra
Only those who wish to live free of the law or to hide from enemies have any kind of permanent residence in this place. Loners, outsiders. Because of the blistering sun, buffeting winds and sands the people here are tanned and their skin is almost of a consistency of leather. They wear many layers of cloth, trying to protect as much skin as possible from the elements.
Only reptiles and tenacious scavengers can survive in this arid land.
Water-storing plants and dry shrubs are all that can survive.

Pirrondegra
There are no people of Pirrondegra. No tribes live here because of the rough terrain and the death-defying entrances into the Valley. The land is surrounded by mountains, deadly forests and rocky seas, so the paradisaical inside remain (apparently) untouched by man.
As for animals this country, being largely isolated and untouched, still holds animals from prehistoric times before the forests grew and the mountains rose, animals now lost in other lands to time and evolution. Everything from the Curled-Antler Deer to the bluefoot rabbits, to the Nine-spot Cave Lions and Death Rattlers (snake). In the inner lakes the fish remain Paleozoic as well, and are obviously influenced still by the dinosauric ages. These inner lakes are favorite spots for the rare birds that do not fly native to this place.
The plantlife is equally as diverse and rare, so this place is a healer's and a botanist's dream. This country also has rich natural resources in woods, minerals, oils and spices. If one could find a way into this place, a fortune could be easily made.
